SER-30 – Late Delivery Confirmation

The Late Delivery Confirmation Report (SER-30) is easily accessible by selecting the Supervisor Tab > Reporting > Service.

The report includes the standard Andromeda Report information as well as details such as:

• Date Range – the period for which the report was generated
• Date Stamp - displays the data for a particular day in the Date Range so you can see the late deliveries for a specific date within the Date Range (the format is day/month/year)
• Order - the number of the delivery order
• Placed Time – when the order was placed*
• Wanted Time – the time combining the placed time and EDT*
• Make Time – how long it took to prepare the food**
• Oven Time – how long it took for the food to be cooked**
• Rack Time – how long the order waited to be picked up
• Driver - the name of the driver who delivered the order
• Booked Out - the time at which the order was booked out*
• Booked In - the time at which the order was booked in*
• Delivery Address – the address in the format of Road Number and Road Name
• Order details are displayed in the format of Quantity of items, Order Item and Item Price
• Order Total – the total value of all items is displayed

* In the format of <hh>:<mm> where “hh” indicates hours and “mm” indicates minutes.

**In the format <mm> m <ss> s >, where “m” indicates minutes and “s” indicates seconds.
