Glossary of Terms
Glossary is usually defined as an alphabetical list of technical terms in some specialized field of knowledge. This knowledge base glossary provides a collection of knowledge base documents that define many technical terms. Avg OTD
Тhe average OUT THE DOOR time of orders for a day/date range, i.e. the length of time accrued from Order Placed status to Order Dispatched status.
Avg TTD
Тhe average TO THE DOOR time of orders for a day/date range, i.e. the length of time accrued from Order Placed status to the order reaching the customer. (OTD + half the drive time.)

A small amount of money kept by someone who works in a bar, etc., used for giving customers change.
