INV-06 – STOCK RECEIVED REPORT WITH FOOD COST

The new Stock Received Report With Food Cost (INV-06) allows Andromeda customers to see:

• the received stock items
• the amount of cases
• the price per case,
• the line price for the received quantity and the total cost.

The Stock Received Report With Food Cost (INV-06) is based on the Stock Received Report (INV-05) but shows food received and cost for a specific date range.

Stock items are grouped by stock group names.

To reach the INV-06 report, select the Supervisor Tab (from the Main Menu) > Reporting > Inventory.

Remember to select a period (on the left) for which data will be displayed. Then click on the INV-06 button.

The Report Body includes details such as:

DataRange – the period for which the Report was generated

Stock Item – the stock items and the stock group name (ordered alphabetically)

Amount of cases – the amount of each case*

Cost per case (defined in the Menu Editor) – the price per case

Cost per line – the amount of cases multiplied by the cost per case

Total cost of the ordered quantity in the group.

Grand total cost - the final total amount, i.e. the total of several total costs.

Note: In this instance ‘case’ refers to the specific way inventory is received and counted.

For example, you might receive a case of 3 kg of cheese or a case of Coca Cola including 6 cans of Coke.
