PRO-10 and PRO-11 - Rameses Wastage by Product Reports

Wastage by product functionality allows Andromeda customers to enter wasted products instead of recipe ingredients using the Order entry screen in Rameses. 

  • Ability to waste a whole item rather than ingredients (item made by mistake, hoax order, etc.).
  • Using wastage rather than ideal usage to avoid stock reporting issues.
  • Wastage orders to be excluded from reporting.

There are two reports in Rameses related to wastage:

  1. Product Waste Report (PRO-10) - Ingredients – Shows wasted products and their original recipe.
  2. Product Waste Report (PRO-11) – Shows wasted products grouped by reason and food cost.

 

Product Waste Report (PRO-10) - INGREDIENTS

The new PRO-10 Report is designed to be part of the new Wastage by product feature.

To access the report, select the Supervisor Tab from the Main Menu, then go to Reporting > Products > PRO-10.

 

The new modified report PRO-10 shows wasted recipe items grouped by reason and assigned cost for the specific Item.

After each group of items a summary of the amount is displayed.

The PRO-10 provides information such as:

  • Employee – The employee who approved the wastage.
  • Ingredient – The ingredients of the items wasted.
  • Amount (in recipe units) - The amount of each wasted item.
  • Cost - The food cost (not selling price) of each item.
  • Total Cost - Summation of the cost for each reason group; there is no summation of the cost per employee in a reason group.
  • Grand Total - The final total, i.e. the total of several total costs.

 

 

Note: Items are not listed multiple times but are added up when in the same reason group.
