CUS-25 – Top 30 Customer Spend Report

The CUS-25 report shows who your top customers are and their average spend. Before generating the report, you can select how many customers you want to be displayed.

The report gives the following information:

• Position – customer’s number.
• Name, Phone, Address – show customer's name, phone number and address.
• Order Cost – the cost of the order.
• Date - the date the last order was placed.
• Order – the average amount each customer has spent for the selected date range.
• Total Orders – the total number of orders.

This report can be very useful for marketing purposes, for example, an exclusive offer can be emailed to customers with an average spend above £100.
