CUS-30 – Late Delivery Report

The CUS-30 report shows all orders that were delivered late within the specified date range.

Before producing the report, select the date range you are interested in getting data for.

Then, you will be prompted to enter the number of customers you want to be displayed as well, as shown below.

The report shows:

• DateRange – shows the time period for which data is displayed.
• Customer Details – customers’ name, address and phone number.
• Del Time - the delivery time in minutes.
• Driver - the driver’s name.
• Time Placed – shows the time when the order was placed.

Note: You can use this report to send apologies to those customers or simply review your customer service.
