WTR – Waste Transfer Report

The WTR report shows:

• Type – Wastage, i.e. the wasted food items.
• Date/Time - the date and time items were wasted.
• Product – the name of the product/food item wasted.
• Amount – the quantity, i.e. how many items were wasted.

Note: Some specific custom settings must be activated in order for the waste functionality to be available, hence the Waste Transfer Report generation.
