SAL-91 – Sales by Cat Base

The SAL-91 report shows sales by category (drinks, pizzas, burgers, etc.), the amounts sold and menu prices.

The Sales @ Menu Price column shows the item total amount.

For example, two pizzas were sold within the selected date range, as shown below.

Their total price is £ 31.98, meaning that each pizza individual menu price is £ 15.99.
