SER-01 - Service Report

The SER-01 report shows detailed daily service metrics about orders, such as:

• Make – how long it took for an order to be prepared.
• Instore (Rack Time) – how long an order was in the store.
• Drive time (Leg Time) – the driving time (in minutes).
• Door – how long it took for an order to reach the customer.
• Instore <20 mins – shows the % of orders that were in the store for less than 20 min. In this case (see the screenshot below) you can see that all orders on this day spent less than 20 min. in the store, hence 100%.
• Door < 30 mins – shows the % of orders that were delivered to the customers in less than 30 min., in this case (see the screenshot below) all orders were delivered in less than 30 min.
• <15, 15-25, etc. – shows the % of orders delivered within the specified time limits.
