EMP-04 – Delivery Time Report

The EMP-04 report shows detailed information about drivers’ orders, such as:

• Ord# – the order number.
• Driver/Road – the driver’s name. Below you will see the customer’s address and phone number.
• Distance – distance travelled in miles.
• Placed – the time the order was placed.
• Dispatched - the time the order was dispatched.
• Return - the time the driver returned.
• Drive Time – the driving time which is calculated: (Return Time – Dispatched Time) divided by 2.
• Door Time – the time it took for an order to reach the customer.
• PayType – how the payment was made – cash, by card, etc.
• Price - the value of each order.
