A customer calls back and wants to add items to their order. What do I do?

What you need to do is:

  • Look at the Dispatcher Screen and find the order in question.
  • Each order is given a ticket number - write it down or remember it.
  • Go to the New Order screen.
  • In the telephone number window enter the ticket number of the order.
  • Click Edit (F6) to be able to add new food items to this order.

Click the button Edit to add/remove items from the order:

 

 

 Note: You will not be able to edit the order if it has already been dispatched.
