A customer calls back and wants to add items to their order. What do I do?

What you need to do is:
- Look at the Dispatcher Screen and find the order in question.
- Each order is given a ticket number - write it down or remember it.
- Go to the New Order screen.
- In the telephone number window enter the ticket number of the order.
- Click Edit (F6) to be able to add new food items to this order.

Click the button Edit to add/remove items from the order:
Note: You will not be able to edit the order if it has already been dispatched.
