I get a message saying I must use the MAIN to dispatch?

If you have logged into any computer other than your dedicated Dispatcher Screen you will notice in the top right of the screen - VIEW MODE.
If you are in View Mode then you can't dispatch - you have to be in MAIN mode.
Note: The same will also happen if the Dispatcher Screen is locked on one computer and you try to dispatch an order on another computer.
