Upsell Message

To change the upsell message:

Log in with Manager (or higher) go to Manager > Settings > Custom Settings. Select the Sell tab.

Select an option (menu category) from the dropdown menu for which the upselling question will not apply.

The dropdown selection of menu categories (Chicken Meals, Drinks, Desserts) means that if the customer has not ordered items from that category then a message will prompt the order taker to ask the question.

Example: A customer orders 2 burgers. We have a pre-configured upsell prompt for Drinks 'Would you like a drink with this order?'. The order taker asks the question to the customer.

Show this message - Enter user defined text which prompts the order taker to upsell or suggest additional menu items during order taking.

Note that you can change the Yes/No answers as well. This is the option on the right.

Click the Save button.
