How do I change my EDT/collection time?

You can easily change that once you have clicked on the  option from the Dispatcher menu.

Enter the minutes in the box ETD in Minutes, as shown below. Do not forget to finally click Update (F4). 

Note:

It is live straight away, i.e. you don't have to restart Rameses or Rameserve.

Note:

The EDT cannot be set to more than 240 (minutes).
