How can I send SMS messages/email to customers from the system?

Rameses users can use SMS messaging for:

1. Marketing campaigns for specific types of customers. Go to the Manager menu -> Marketing.

2. SMS on dispatch when drivers are booked out. Go to Custom Settings -> the Messages tab.

3. Sending individual messages to individual phone numbers. This is done by going to the Manager menu -> Settings -> SMS

Before an SMS campaign is carried out, make sure that you have this functionality enabled.

The SMS option is a chargeable add-on so please check with Andromeda Sales Department if this add-on has been purchased and activated.
