I can’t access my reports for more than a year in the past. Why?

  • One possibility is that the customer is using Rameses Core/Pro Licence which allows for 365 days of data to be reviewed only. Hence a higher licence needs to be purchased.
  • This setting is under Manager > Custom Settings. Please contact us and we will do whatever is necessary to help you.
