What should I do if a driver uses money from their float to pay for petrol?

The receipt for the petrol should be counted as cash towards the driver’s total float when the float is collected from the driver.

You should then enter the petrol receipt as a Paid Out via the Dispatcher Menu > Till Functions > Paid Outs > Petrol.

 Enter the amount and an explanation. Then click Confirm (F1).

To collect a float from a driver, go to Till Functions > Collect Float. Then enter the amount:
