How do I add a coupon as part payment?

In order to do this, please follow the steps:

• Go to the Order Taking screen. Once you have taken an order, click on the Disc button, as shown below.

• This will open the Manager Discount window. Press the Cash button.

• Enter the value of the coupon in the field Amount:

• Then select „Coupon‟ as a discount reason and click Continue.

Please note that giving discounts requires an authorisation password (Supervisor access level and above):

Finally, on the Ordertaking screen, you will see the discount given and the amount to be paid.

Click the green button Continue to proceed.
