Customer History

From the Dispatcher screen click the Cust History button to view a customer’s history.

After you have entered the phone number and pressed the Enter key the customer details are displayed.

The following Customer History Report will be displayed:

Click Cancel (Esc) button to return to the Dispatcher menu.
